Terms of Use Effective date: September 10, 2026 By using Snailer, you agree to these terms. Creating an account by entering the email verification code also means you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and to receive product-update emails at your account address (you can unsubscribe or turn that off in the app). 1. The service Snailer is a productivity app from Galaxy Technologies LLC. Features may change. We may offer free and paid (Premium) cloud AI features. 2. Your account You are responsible for the email account you use to sign in and for activity under your account. We may send service emails (for example sign-in codes) and, when allowed under our Privacy Policy, product-update emails to that address. You may delete your account from Profile in the app. Deletion removes your account and personal content as described in the Privacy Policy; it does not restore a prior account if you later sign up again with the same email. Rejoining after deletion creates a new empty account and is limited to three times per email; further attempts may be blocked. 3. Your content You keep ownership of content you create (collections, to-dos, notes, prompts). You grant us a limited license to process that content only as needed to provide the app (including cloud AI when you use it). 4. Acceptable use Do not misuse the service (probe, abuse AI quotas or free credits by deleting and recreating accounts beyond allowed rejoins, harass, break the law, or attempt unauthorized access). We may retain limited entitlement records so free Cloud AI credits are not claimed repeatedly for the same mailbox. 5. Subscriptions Premium is billed through Apple. Pricing is shown in the App Store / in-app purchase sheet. Renewals and cancellations follow Apple’s rules and your device Settings → Subscriptions. 6. Disclaimer The app is provided “as is.” AI output can be wrong; you are responsible for how you use suggestions. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law. 7. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, Galaxy Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. 8.
